At "Haoumet Lazayez" an old district of Nabeul, a coastal town of Tunisia and a leading craft center, is Dar el arbi, the family home of the Ameur for generations. The masters of the place, returned to live there after years of residence abroad and trips rich in experiences and memories.

After three years of restoration and extension work, Dar el arbi, now Dar Om ElKhair, in homage to the mother of the owner, now enjoys an atmosphere where the soul of past generations coexists harmoniously with the innovative spirit of the present generations.

Dar Om El Khair has two suites and a guest room with a view on the garden and swimming pool terrace, fitness and home cinema. Twice a week a table d'hôtes gives you the opportunity, if you wish, to discover Nabeulian specialties concocted by the hostess.

In a Moorish style, harmoniously blending ancient materials of local origin with touches of modern inspiration, Dar Om ElKhair, with an independent entrance, offers you: two air-conditioned suites and a guest room, an oriental living room "Pierre Loti", a second contemporary living room with a dining area-kitchen all open onto a pool equipped with a hydro massage system and swimming against the current. You also have several terraces, a garden, a fitness room and a home cinema.

The two Moorish suites, Elyssa and Ulysses, have one bathroom and the other one a shower room and are each decorated with a large dome of 6.50m high over the duplex bed. They have a view on the garden and the swimming pool.

The Alya room, also authentic in its decoration, opens on the same outside environment and has a pretty shower room whose ceramics match those of the minaret.
